We are excited to offer a Vaginal Breech Workshop and a Breech & Twins Master Class in Vancouver, Spokane, and Seattle!
About the breech workshop: The workshop includes:
- A full day of hands-on training with Kristine Lauria, CPM, including simulation training with a Sophie and Her Mum simulator, Q&A, and 2 activity stations (breech birth video analysis and clinical scenario flashcards).
- Breech Pro: a self-paced vaginal breech training workshop with CEUs, accessible for 1 year. Learn more about Breech Pro here.
- One year of twice-monthly optional live sessions (recordings also provided)
About the Master Class:
The Master Class builds upon the material in the breech course and addresses the complex/complicated/rare scenarios that may arise during breech and twin births. This Master Class assumes that you are already familiar with the normal mechanisms of physiological breech birth, as well as the maneuvers needed to assist with stuck arms/heads. Enrollment in a breech workshop and/or previous completion of Breech Pro is required to attend the Master Class.
Breech workshop cost:
$400 for MDs
$350 for midwives, nurses, and other childbirth professionals
$300 for students and BIPOC birth workers
Breech Pro alum pricing:
$200: full day workshop (for those with current Breech Pro enrollment)
$250: full day workshop + Breech Pro renewal
Discount for in-person 2019 workshop alums: -$50
Breech & Twins Master Class cost:
$200 for MDs
$175 for midwives, nurses, and other childbirth professionals
$150 for students and BIPOC birth workers
$25 discount for a combined breech workshop + master class registration
