We are excited to offer a Vaginal Breech Training in Salzburg, Austria on September 24! The breech training package includes:

A full day of hands-on training with Nina Wagner, MD including 4 hours of simulation training with a Sophie and Her Mum simulator and two self-directed group activities: video analysis and supine breech practice.
Breech Pro Plus, a self-paced online course with CEUs/CMEs, accessible for 1 year. Access is included with registration.
One year of twice-monthly optional live sessions (recordings also provided)

Event Schedule: Thursday, September 24: 8:00 -18:00

Breech training cost:
€525 for OB/GYNs or MFMs
€395 for Midwives, Residents, or Interns
€300 for Medical or Midwifery Students
€300 (MD) / €255 (MW) / €215 (student) for those with current Breech Pro Plus or 2.0 enrollments
A €40 discount will be applied for those with an expired Breech Pro 2.0 enrollment.

Registration deadline: August 27 (before incurring late fee). Late registrations will be charged an additional €50.

Nina Wagner, MD

Dr. Nina Wagner is a specialized gynecologist with a focus on perinatal care, practicing since 2019 at a perinatal Level 1 unit in Vienna, Austria, that supports approximately 2,000 births annually. She has been training in the field since 2010, including experience in Switzerland. Her current workplace, Klinik Donaustadt, is dedicated to facilitating vaginal births, even after two cesarean sections and in the case of twins, regardless of whether the presentation is cephalic or breech. The hospital has extensive experience in managing diverse delivery scenarios, including around 50 breech births each year, and Dr. Wagner is committed to ensuring the health and safety of both mothers and their newborns.

FAQs

Do I need to be enrolled in Breech Pro to attend the training?
Yes. All registrants to our in-person trainings are required to have a current Breech Pro Plus or Breech Pro 2.0 enrollment. Those with a current Breech Pro 2.0 account must have an expiration date after the training date. Otherwise, you will be required to upgrade to Breech Pro Plus. If you are unsure of your expiration date, please log into your Thinkific account or email [email protected].

Do I have to complete Breech Pro Plus: Essentials & Extras prior to the training?
Breech Pro Plus comes with 2 main courses: Essentials and Extras. You must have completed 100% of Essentials (9 hours) to be admitted on your hands-on training day. You will be asked to show your certificate of completion (downloadable upon finishing the course). If you have not completed Essentials, you will not be allowed to attend the hands-on training and you will not receive a refund on any portion of the training. Breech Pro Extras (6 hours) can be completed after the training.

How long will I have access to Breech Pro Plus?
Your Breech Pro Plus account will be created shortly after you register. Your one-year access will begin at this time.

Is there a deadline to register?
We accept late registrations. However, there will be an additional charge if registering after the cut-off date 4 weeks prior to the event.

Do you offer continuing education credits?
The Breech Pro Plus online course holds 15.5 EACCME CMEs (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education), fully recognized for continuing education across Europe. For providers seeking US-recognized credits, the breech training includes a total of 23.5 contact hours with ACNM, with reciprocity with MEAC, DONA, & ICEA (15 CEs for Breech Pro Plus, 9 CEs for hands-on).

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are called away to a birth or family emergency on the day of the training and cannot reschedule your breech training day, you will receive 2 month's virtual access to the activity station materials (preferred) or 85€ refund. For trainings that are cancelled due to an internal BWB decision, your refund will reflect all fees minus 75% of the value of Breech Pro. For trainings that are cancelled due to situations beyond BWB’s control, your refund will reflect all fees minus the value of Breech Pro. Otherwise workshop tickets are nonrefundable.

What if I accidentally selected the wrong option when I registered?
We will correct the mistake and charge or refund your credit card on file.

What language is the training taught in?
The hands-on training day is taught in German. The online course is available in several languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
